摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC测定安康心宝丸中胡椒碱含量的方法.方法：用DIONEX（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,0~20 min甲醇-水（70∶30）为流动相,流速为1 m L·min-1,检测波长为343 nm,柱温35℃,进样体积10μL,应用Ulimate-3000系列液相色谱仪进行测定.结果：胡椒碱与其他成分分离良好,在0.026 6~0.345 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 97）,平均回收率（n=6）为100.78%.结论：该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定安康心宝丸中胡椒碱含量.A simple and quick method is described for the determination of Piperine in Ankang Xinbao Pills. Piperine in the sample was extracted using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. Chromatography separation was performed using Ulimate-3000 series HPLC system with a DIONEX C18 column and gradient elution with a mixture of two solvents： solvent A,methanol,solvent B,water. 0 to 20 min A： B 70： 30. The effluent was monitored using a VWD detector set at 343 nm. The flow rate was set at 1 m L·min- 1and the injection volume was10μL. The column temperature was maintained at 35℃. Piperine was well separated and the linearity was obtained with in the range of 0. 026 6 ~ 0. 345 8 μg（ r = 0. 999 97）; The average recovery（ n = 6） was 100. 78 %. The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for determination of Piperine in Ankang Xinbao Pills.
