摘　　要：目的了解城市突发事件的基本特点，对城市紧急医疗救援体系建设提出建议。方法对2012—2014年北京市朝阳区563件突发公共事件紧急医疗救援工作实践进行回顾性研究。结果突发事件中事故灾难事件最多，占57．37％，其次为社会安全事件，占39．96％；1845名伤者中，转运至朝阳区救治网络医院1023名，占56％。结论加强城市区域事故灾难和社会安全类突发事件医疗救治体系建设，完善城市医疗救治网络建设，科学引导专科救治体系合理布局，对于提升城市突发事件医疗救援能力具有重要意义。Objective To explore the basic characteristics of urban emergency, and provide recommendation to build an effective urban emergency medical rescue system. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical rescue practice in 563 public emergencies in Chaoyang District. Results It reflected 57.37% of accident, followed by 39.96% of public security incident. In a total of 1,845 injured, 1,023 （56%） of them were transferred to Chaoyang DistriCt networked hospitals. Conclusion An enhanced urban emergency medical responding capability will be realized when emphasizes in strengthening regional medical rescue network on accidental and public security incidents, construction of urban rescue network, and effective distribution of specialists in the region.
