摘　　要：目的分析目前社区级急救资源状况。方法在朝阳区内的36个社区急救站采用问卷式调查。结果调查显示：区内急救站的平均面积为57m^2；共有40台救护车，但36％的救护车内的无线通讯卫星定位装置操作欠佳；仅有40．5％的从业人员受到过专业培训。结论为提高社区级的急救水平，应加强合理的急救资源配置及急救人员的专业培训。Objective To explore the current situation of first aid resources at community level. Methods A survey was conducted in 36 community health services in Chaoyang District. Results The survey revealed followings： an average of service space of 57 square meters; a total of 40 ambulances （1.11 ambulance/station）; 36% of mobile GPS unreliable; 40.5% of the medical staff with relevant education background; insufficient emergency equipment distribution; demand for first aid training. Conclusion In order to improve first aid capability at community level as a whole, it suggests that a rational first aid resources and emergency training need to be enhanced.
