脊髓栓系综合征内镜下松解术后并发症的护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析应用神经内镜治疗脊髓栓系综合征患者后并发症护理对策。方法对12例TCS在神经内镜下行脊髓松解、终丝切断术后出现并发症的患者进行分析，采取加强伤口护理和引流管观察，促进膀胱机能恢复、有针对性的进行双下肢感觉运动机能训练和防治低颅压等护理措施。结果12例患者中出现并发症包括排尿障碍5例，感觉障碍、肌张力减退2例，脑脊液漏3例，再栓系1例，切口感染1例。经护理改善了临床症状，未出现新的并发症。结论TCS手术后加强病情观察和护理，及早发现并发症，有针对性的加强功能锻炼，可最大限度地提高患者的生存质量。Objective To provide an effective nursing solution to those who suffered from the complication of post-endoscopic lysis for their tethered cord syndrome （TCS）, and improve patients＇ life quality. Methods An analysis was conducted on 12 patients who suffered from the complication of post-endoscopic lysis. A combination of were provided for the complication. It included the intensive care to the wound, a close observation of drainage tube, facilitating recovery of bladder＇ s, functionalities, and specific training for lower limbs＇ movement and prevention for Intracranial hypotension. Resuhs Application of the countermeasures significantly helped relieve the existed complication and prevented any further complications. Conclusion It is considered being effective in providing the nursing countermeasures after endoscopic lysis operation for the patients who suffered from TCS which can improve the patients＇ survival rate and their life quality.
