摘　　要：目的分析男男性行为人群（MSM）的社会支持现状,提高MSM的生活质量,并有效预防艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染。方法采用同伴推动抽样方法（RDS）,于2008年4-9月,在沈阳、丹东、鞍山、本溪抽取807名年龄在18-70岁的MSM,采用社会支持量表对其进行社会支持状况评定,并对其人口学信息、性行为等进行问卷调查。采用RDS专用软件加权后进行t检验、单因素方差分析、分层线性回归分析。结果 MSM的社会支持评定量表总分为（33.31±7.33）分,其中客观支持（6.90±2.89）分,主观支持（19.42±4.81）分,支持利用度（7.06±1.93）分。总分随年龄增加而降低,随受教育程度及收入降低而降低。离异（28.44±6.74）分、在酒吧活动（31.24±7.11）分及患有精神障碍者总分低。多元分层回归分析显示：患精神障碍者与SSRS总分之间存在显著的负向影响作用（P〈0.001）,解释力增加最多（14.20%）;双性恋及未确定性取向者与SSRS总分之间存在显著的正向影响作用（P〈0.05）,解释力增加12.38%。结论辽宁省MSM的社会支持情况略低,客观支持低。MSM隐匿的轻型精神障碍的控制应作为提高该人群社会支持度的重点。Objective To analyze the status quo of social support to men who have sex with men（MSM）,so as to improve their living status and effectively prevent HIV infection among MSM group.Methods With respondent driven sampling method（RDS）used in the survey,807 MSM s aged 18-70sampled from Shenyang,Anshan,Dandong and Benxi were investigated during April-September,2008.The subjects were face-to-face interviewed with Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）and other questionnairesto get their demographic information,knowledge,attitude,sexual behavior,et al.Linear regression was applied to elucidate influencing factors.Results SSRS total score was（33.31±7.33）,with objective support（6.90±2.89）,subjective support（19.42±4.8）,and support utilization（7.06±1.93）.The people with lower SSRS total score were those who were older,divorced,and had poor education and low income,frequently stayed at bar and suffered from mental disorders.SSRS total scores had significantly positive correlation with those of bisexual and undefined sexual orientation（P0.001）,with the explanatory power of 14.20%,and have negative correlation with those of mental disturbance（P0.05）,with the explanatory power of 12.38%.Conclusions Social support to MSM group is slightly lower in Liaoning Province,especially the low objective support.Prevention of MSM group from mild mental impairment should be the key issue to deal with so as to improve the social support to the population.
