摘　　要：目的了解广东省临床医生的性病诊断认知程度,及其在诊断工作中存在的问题,为后续有针对性地提升临床医生性病诊疗能力提供依据。方法选择珠海市、佛山市、禅城辖区、东莞市和英德市的二级甲等以上综合医院和市皮防/慢病机构的皮肤性病科、泌尿科、妇产科医生87人,采用英国皇家伦敦医院性病诊断能力问卷进行调查。用SPSS13.0进行数据分析。利用率、百分比等指标对结果进行描述。结果 87名调查对象中,来自皮肤性病科占44.8%(39人),中级职称占31.0%(27人),本科学历占58.6%(51人)。疾病诊断准确率最高的是案例A的梅毒(98.9%),最低的为案例A的腹股沟肉芽肿(6.9%);实验室检测部分准确率最高的为案例A的甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)(94.3%),最低为案例B的滴虫镜检或培养(0)。结论性病相关门诊医生对临床少见性病的筛查意识不够,不重视实验室检测,规范诊断认知程度有待提升;性病防治机构应加强对临床医生的性病规范诊断培训和督导。Objective To evaluate clinicians＇ STD diagnosis awareness,find out their weak-points in their daily work,and provide suggestions in order to improve their ability of STD diagnosis and treatment.Methods All the hospitals of Class II Grade A or above in Zhuhai,Chancheng district of Foshan,Dongguan,and Yingde were selected as survey units with a total number of 87 clinicians from dermatology STD,urology,and obstetrics-gynecology departments.Each participant was asked to complete a questionnaire SPSS 13.0would use to analyze data.Rate and percent would use to describe the results.Results Among the 87 clinicians,44.8% were from dermatology STD department;31.0% got intermediate professional title;and 58.6% had education background of bachelor＇degree.The highest accuracy rate of disease diagnosis was syphilis（98.9%）of case A,and the lowest was granuloma inguinal（6.9%）of case A.The highest accuracy rate of laboratory test was TRUST、TPPA or ELISA（94.3%）of case A,and the lowest was trichomonas wet microscopy or culture of case B（0%）.Conclusions STD clinicians are tending to miss the diagnosis of rare STDs,and their diagnoses lack the evidence of essential laboratory testing.STD prevention and treatment institutions should provide more training and supervision to clinicians,in order to promote their awareness of diagnoses and treat STDs.
