摘 要:本试验旨在研究22-56日龄爱拔益加(AA)×罗曼肉杂鸡饲粮代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白质(CP)、蛋氨酸(Met)和赖氨酸(Lys)的适宜水平。选用健康22日龄AA×罗曼肉杂鸡648只,随机分为9个处理,每个处理设6个重复;采用4因素3水平正交试验设计,饲粮ME水平分别为12.12、12.54和12.96 M J/kg;CP水平分别为18%、19%和20%;M et水平分别为0.40%、0.45%和0.50%;Lys水平分别为0.90%、1.00%和1.10%,共9种试验饲粮。主要测定不同营养水平饲粮对试验鸡生长性能、体成分、养分沉积率和血清生化指标的影响。试验期34 d。结果表明:1)12.96 M J/kg M E处理的料重比(F/G)显著低于12.12 M J/kg M E处理(P〈0.05);20%CP处理的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)高于19%和18%CP处理,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);0.50%M et处理的ADFI和F/G显著低于0.40%M et处理(P〈0.05);1.00%Lys处理的ADG显著高于0.90%Lys处理(P〈0.05)。2)饲粮M E水平对各体成分含量无显著影响(P〉0.05);18%CP处理的体脂肪含量显著高于20%CP处理(P〈0.05);0.45%M et处理的体Lys含量显著高于0.50%Met处理(P〈0.05);1.10%Lys处理的体Lys含量极显著高于0.90%Lys处理(P〈0.01),显著高于1.00%Lys处理(P〈0.05)。3)12.96 MJ/kg ME处理的蛋白质沉积率显著高于12.12 MJ/kg ME处理(P〈0.05);18%CP处理的体蛋白质沉积率显著高于19%CP处理(P〈0.05);0.40%和0.45%Met处理的体Met沉积率极显著高于0.50%Met处理(P〈0.01)。4)饲粮ME、CP、Met和Lys水平对AA×罗曼肉杂鸡血清生化指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。回归分析结果显示,56日龄AA×罗曼肉杂鸡饲粮ME、CP、Met和Lys适宜水平分别为12.81 MJ/kg、18.11%、0.46%和1.02%。This experiment was conducted to study the optimal levels of metabolizable energy( ME),crude protein( CP),methionine( Met) and lysine( Lys) of Arbor Acres( AA) ×Roman hybrid broilers of 22 to 56 days of age. A total of 684 22-day-old healthy AA ×Roman hybrid broilers were randomly allocated to 9 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment,and orthogonal test with four factors and three levels was designed,the level of ME was designed with 12.12,12.54 and 12.96 MJ / kg,the level of CP was designed with 18%,19%and 20%,the level of Met was designed with 0.40%,0.45% and 0.50%,and the level of Lys was designed with 0.90%,1.00% and 1.10%,then nine kinds of experimental diet were used. The effects of different nutrient levels on the growth performance,body composition,nutrient deposition rate and serum biochemical indexes of broilers were detected. The test lasted for 34 days. The results showed as follows: 1) the ratio of feed to gain( F / G) of 12. 96 MJ / kg ME treatment was significantly lower than that of 12. 12 MJ / kg ME treatment( P〈 0.05). Average daily gain( ADG) and average daily feed intake( ADFI) of 20% CP treatment were higher than those of 19% and 18% CP treatments,while there was no significant difference between them( P〈 0.05). ADFI and F / G of 0. 50% Met treatment were significantly lower than those of 0. 40% Met treatment( P 〈0.05). ADG of 1. 00% Lys treatment was significantly higher than that of 0. 90% Lys treatment( P 〈0.05). 2) The ME level of diets had no significant effect on contents of broiler body component( P 〈0. 05).The body fat content of 18% CP treatment was significantly higher than that of 20% CP treatment( P 〈0.05).Body Lys content of 0. 45% Met treatment was significantly higher than that of 0. 50% Met treatment( P 〈0.05),the body Lys content of 1.10% Lys treatment was significantly higher than that of 0. 90%( P 〈0. 01)and 1.00% Lys treatments( P 〈0.05). 3) The protein deposition rate of 12
