摘  要:研究丹参移栽后不同生长时期根生物量积累及4种活性成分的动态变化规律,为丹参的规范化栽培提供理论依据。丹参移栽成活后,在不同的生长阶段进行动态取样,测定各时期丹参根部干物质的量及4种活性成分迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、隐丹参酮及丹参酮ⅡA的量,分析全生育期内丹参根生物量及4种活性成分的积累规律,并探讨各成分单株总量及丹酚酸B与隐丹参酮、丹参酮IIA量比值的变化规律。结果表明:在整个生育期内,丹参根部干物质积累呈"慢-快-慢-快"的变化趋势,折干率呈"M"形变化;相同类别活性成分具有较相似的变化规律,各成分量的最大值多出现在根部营养生长初期,而在传统采收期—枯黄期,4种活性成分的量均有不同程度的降低;丹酚酸B与隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA量的比值在8月初便趋于稳定,并一直持续至翌年展叶期;4种活性成分的总量,在整个生育期内具有相似的变化规律,在枯黄期均有所降低,翌年返青时又逐渐升高。明确了不同生长时期丹参根生物量及4种活性成分的积累规律,综合考虑丹参药材产量及活性成分含量,丹参的采收宜在春季萌芽前进行。The paper is aimed to study the biomass accumulation and the content changes of four bioactive ingredients in the roots of Salvia miltiorrhizae in different growth periods, as to provide theoretical basis for the standardized cultivation of S. miltiorrhizae. After survival of transplanted S. miltiorrhizae, the biomass accumulation and the content of four bioactive ingredients rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B, crytotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ A by dynamic sampling in different growth periods and phonological phases were determined. At the same time, the total content of the four bioactive ingredients and the ratio of salvianolic acid B and crytotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅱ A in different growth periods were discussed. During the whole growth period, the biomass accumulation of S. miltiorrhizae root showed a “slow-fast-slow-fast” changing trend, dry discount rate showed “M” shape change. The same category active ingredients have withered and yellow phase which is the traditional harvest time, the content of four active ingredients all decreased to some extent. The ratio of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A stabilized in early August, and continued until reviving period next year. The total contents of the four bioactive ingredients in the whole growth period showed a similar trend, in the withering period decreasing gradually and increasing during the following year reviving period. It is concluded that the accumulation regular patterns of biomass and four kinds of active ingredients in the root of S. miltiorrhizae have been clarified. Comprehensively considering medicinal material production and content of active ingredients, the harvest time of S. miltiorrhizae should be in the spring before bud.
