摘　　要：干部教育培训是打造高素质高校领导干部队伍的重要基础性工程,在推进我国高等教育事业发展及高校科学发展中有着重要地位和关键作用。当前,积极适应新形势、新任务,不断改革探索,认真解决干部教育培训工作中亟待改进的问题,进一步提高干部队伍的整体素质,是高校面临的一项重要任务。The education and training of carders is the important basic project to develop the leading cadres in universities, has a vital position and plays a crucial role in advancing the scientific development of China＇s higher education and universities. Currently, it is an important task for the universities to actively adapt to the new situation and tasks, continuously reform and explore, seriously solve the problems of cadre education and training to urgently be improved and further improve the overall quality of the cadres.
