内蒙古贫困县公共文化服务发展的价值意义与现实困境

摘　　要：县域公共文化建设是实现地区全面发展的必然要求,发展贫困县公共文化服务具有重大而深远的价值意义。内蒙古贫困县公共文化服务水平低下,面临诸多现实困境,地方政府应重视公共文化服务的独特作用,树立科学文化发展观,系统推进地方公共文化服务建设进程。Public culture construction is a necessary demand in realizing the comprehensive development of the area. Developing the public cultural service in poor counties has great and long-lasting significance. The public cultural service level in these counties in Inner Mongolia is low and faced with many practical difficulties. The regional government should extend great importance to the unique function of public cultural service, establish scientific view in cultural development and systematically promote the progress of regional construction of public cultural service.
