59例STEMI患者PCI手术治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结STEMI患者在PCI手术治疗过程的护理体会。方法选择经PCI治疗的患者59例作为护理对象,观察患者术前、术中和术后的心理及并发症的情况。结果在PCI手术过程中,密切观察患者的情况并及时处理,仅1例并发再灌注心律失常患者死亡,其余患者均手术顺利完成和康复。结论护士在患者术前与患者进行沟通、术中和术后密切观察患者情况,遇到并发症及时加以处理,有效的提高了手术效果和质量。Objective Summarizing the experience that the STEMI patients were nursed in the operative treatment of PCI. Methods Electing 59 patients as object of nursing who were treated by PCI. Results By observing the patients＇ condition closely and dealing with problem timely in the operative treatment of PCI, there are just one dead due to concurrency reperfusion arrhythmia, other patients＇ operation were successfully completed and had rehabilitation. Conclusion The nurses take a communicate with patients before operation, then observing the patients＇ condition closely in operation and after operation and dealing with problem when encountering the complication,it has been improved the quality effectively.
