贝前列素钠联合阿托伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病早期肾病患者尿蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察贝前列素钠联合阿托伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病早期肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法选取66例老年2型糖尿病患者,均为早期糖尿病肾病患者。随机均分为贝前列素钠组、阿托伐他汀组和贝前列素钠及阿托伐他汀联合组(n=22),观察患者治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白及尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio,UACR)的变化。结果 3组治疗后24 h尿微量白蛋白及UACR均显著降低(P<0.05),联合组24 h尿微量白蛋白及UACR均低于其它2组(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗老年2型糖尿病早期肾病能显著降低患者24 h尿微量白蛋白及UACR水平。Objective To observe the effect of beraprost sodium and atorvastatin on albuminuria of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Mothods A total of 66 elderly patients with DN were randomly divided into beraprost group,atorvastatin group and combinate group, each group is 22 patients, observe the changes of 24 h urinary microalbumin and urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the 24 h urinary microalbumin and urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio（UACR） level of three groups were significantly decreased than that before treatment（P〈0.05）, the combinate group decreased more than the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination can significantly decreased the level of 24 h urinary microalbumin and urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio in elderly patients with DN.
