摘　　要：高等教育结构是人类围绕知识操作展开的对现有资源和理想需求相调和的结果。在高等教育结构的形成、调整与变迁上,政府、大学、市场等不同主体因循知识操作发挥不同作用力,并依其所占资源及不同需求表现形成了复杂的多元耦合。构建高等教育结构动态调整机制,促成高等教育结构参与主体博弈框架内的资源配置均衡,是破解高等教育结构调整这一复杂系统问题的可选路径。The structure of higher education is the harmonization between existing resources and ideal demand centering on hu- man knowledge operation. In the process of the formation, adjustment and change, the subjects involved such as the govern- ment, university and market play different forces and work together into a multiple coupled complex in accordance with its share of resources and different demand. Thus, to solve the complicated system problem of higher education structural adjustment, we suggest constructing the dynamic adjustment mechanism with higher education structure and promoting the balanced allocation of resources among the subjects related within the framework.
