摘　　要：学科建设是医院管理的核心要素，是医院可持续发展的支柱和基石，本文从顶层设计、医疗服务、科研攻关、人才培养、临床教学、信息化建设6个层面，深入探讨了医院重点学科建设的主要思路与关键举措，对于提高核心竞争力、建设现代化研究型医院具有深远意义。Discipline development is a core element of hospital management and the pillar and foundation of sustainable hospital development. This paper discusses the main ideas and key measures in the development of key disciplines in the hospital from six aspects： top level design, medical service, scientific research, personnel training, clinical teaching and information network building. It has profound significance in promoting core competitiveness and building a modernized research hospital.
