电弧故障断路器试验电路的研究

摘　　要：介绍了电弧故障断路器在电气火灾防护中的作用,阐明了研究电弧故障断路器试验方法的必要性。依据相关标准,对在额定电流及以下电流的电弧试验方法进行了分析,提出了一种电弧故障断路器试验配置接线电路。通过试验验证表明,该电路能很好地对电弧故障断路器产品进行质量评价,有助于提高和确保电弧故障断路器对电弧故障检测的可靠性,同时能为电弧故障断路器产品尽快投入使用奠定良好的基础。This paper introduced the AFDD in the electrical fire protection, expounds the necessity of AFDD test method research; Based on the relevant standards, the arc test method of the rated current and the following current was analyzed;On the basis of this, a kind of AFDD test allocation connection circuit is presented. Through the verification test show that the circuit can be good for AFDD product quality evaluation, help to improve and ensure AFDD the arc fault detection reliability. At the same time, it can lay a good foundation for AFDD products as soon as possible into the practical.
