摘  要:在真空定向凝固炉中采用螺旋选晶法制备了一种镍基单晶高温合金棒材,研究了检验腐蚀对单晶高温合金在980℃下的拉伸性能和980℃/250MPa下的持久性能的影响,并分析了其表面及断裂试样纵剖面显微组织。结果表明:镍基单晶高温合金在检验腐蚀的过程中,其枝晶间的腐蚀深度比枝晶干的大;随着腐蚀次数的增加,合金的表面粗糙度增大,枝晶间形成了腐蚀坑甚至腐蚀沟槽;腐蚀后合金的拉伸性能和持久性能均降低。A kind of nickel-base single crystal superalloy was prepared by the screw selecting method in a directionally solidified furnace.The effect of standard blade check corrosion on the tensile properties at 980 ℃ and stress rupture properties at 980 ℃/250 MPa of the single crystal superalloy was investigated,and the surface microstructure and ruptured microstructure of the specimen was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the corrosion depth in the inter-dendrite region was deeper than that in the dendrite core during the corrosion process. With the increase of corrosion times,the surface roughness of the alloy increased.Some corrosion pits or grooves were formed in the inter-dendrite region.The tensile properties and stress rupture properties of the alloy decreased after check corrosion.
