摘　　要：本文以广电行业"互联网+"发展趋势和北京电视台智慧媒体项目建设为背景,探讨电视台技术体系转型过程中与云架构、大数据、业务应用、支撑环境相关的问题,提出技术层面以资源整合、数据支撑为目标的云架构转型、大数据应用,业务层面以灵活适配、协同运营为方向的全媒体生产、多渠道发布,是现阶段演进的基本态势,在互联网技术应用基础上结合媒体融合业务目标,从可用、效能、智慧等方向着手,构建"互联网+电视"发展新形态。Based on the ＂Internet＋＂ development trend of the broadcast industry and the background about Beijing Television Station wisdom media project construction, this paper discusses the related issues about cloud architecture, big data, business applications, support environment in the process of the transformation of television technology system. In the technical level, cloud architecture transformation and big data applications are aiming at rsource integration and data support. In the business level, directions of omnimedia production and multi-channel distribution are flexible adaption and collaborative operations. On the basis of the Internet technology application combined with media convergence business goals, we can establish a new development form of ＂Internet ＋ television＂ to begin with the direction of availability, effectiveness and wisdom.
