摘 要:对内标法和标准加入法在电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定烟用接装纸中砷含量的效果进行了比较研究。内标法的检出限为11.10ng·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.4%,加标回收率在94.3%~104%之间;标准加入法的检出限为14.70ng·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.2%,加标回收率在91.4%~98.2%之间。配对T检验结果表明,两种不同分析方法测定的实际样品结果间无显著性差异。当待测样品中纸张添加剂成分较为简单时,宜采用内标法进行测定;当基体较为复杂,尤其当施加二氧化钛和云母混合物的烟用接装纸样品时,宜采用匹配基体效果更好的标准加入法。A comparative study on the effectiveness of the internal standard method(ISM)and standard addition method(SAM)as applied to the ICP-MS determination of arsenic in tipping paper for cigarettes was made.As shown by the experimental results,values of detection limits of 11.10ng·L-1,14.70ng·L-1;of RSD′s(n=6)of 3.4%,3.2%;and of recovery ranged from 94.3%-104%,91.4%-98.2% were found for ISM and SAM respectively.As tested by the matching T-test,no significant difference of analytical results was shown by the two methods.It was concluded that the ISM was better to be applied to samples of tipping paper with simple additive composition,while the SAM was more favorable to be used for samples with complex additive composition,especially those added with mixture of TiO2 and mica,for matching the matrix.
