摘 要:提出一种用泡沫铝材料填充的金字塔形点阵钢材料夹芯方板点阵空间的新型抗爆结构。利用LS-DYNA研究近场爆炸源加载下的两端固支方板夹芯结构的抗爆性能,并与无填充物的相同结构和相同面密度的空气夹芯结构、泡沫铝夹芯结构、金字塔形点阵夹芯结构进行对比分析。研究显示:填充泡沫铝的金字塔形点阵金属夹芯结构与填充物的相同结构相比,其下面板在加载方向的最大速度减小23.12%,40μs内最大变形量减小25.5%;而与相同面密度的无点阵夹芯的空气夹芯结构、泡沫铝夹芯结构相比,结构下面板运动速度和变形量也是最小的。这表明新型抗爆结构在降低底板运动速度和变形量方面相对于其他结构体现出更大的性能优势,这是由泡沫铝材料吸能特性与点阵结构刚度特性复合所致。本研究可为以后对此新型抗爆材料结构展开更为精细化的数值模拟研究和全面的试验验证打下基础。A new explosion resistant structure made by pyramid lattice sandwich square plate filled with aluminum foam material has brought up. The numerical simulation research on its explosion resistance at certain blast loading and boundary and initial conditions and comparative analysis with the same sandwich structure but without filler, two spaced plates, pyramid lattice metal sandwich structure, aluminum foam sandwich structures, have been conducted with LS-DYNA. The results of study indicate that the maximum velocity in loading direction of lower plate of pyramid lattice metal sandwich filled with aluminum foam material reduces 23.12% and deformation of lower plate in 40μs reduces 25.5% compared with the same structure without filler. Comparing with other structural types with same areal density by two indices of velocity and deformation of lower plate, the value of velocity and deformation of pyramid lattice metal sandwich filled with aluminum material is lowest. This reflects obviously the explosion resistance performance advantage of pyramid lattice sandwich square plate filled with aluminum foam material. The explosion resistance performance advantage is believed to be caused by thecombination of aluminum foam material's energy absorption properties and stiffness properties of the lattice metal structures.
