摘 要:选取江阴地区有代表性的奶牛场,通过实地调查牛群结构,统计分析成母牛群体中不同胎次泌乳牛日产奶量,并抽取原料乳样品测定体细胞数,以期研究该地区牛群结构情况及其泌乳牛群体生产性能水平。结果表明:江阴地区部分集约化奶牛场牛群结构除成母牛比例失衡显著外(P<0.05),其余群体失衡不显著(P>0.05);成母牛群体中以2胎泌乳牛的日产奶量最高,1胎、2胎、3胎的日产奶量显著高于4胎、5胎及6胎上(P<0.05),且2胎与3胎间日产奶量差异显著(P<0.05)。随奶牛胎次增加,生乳中体细胞数也在逐渐增加,且6胎以上的体细胞数显著高于前几胎(P<0.05)。In order to study the structural case of the herd and the level of product performance of lactating cows in the intensive dairy farm of Jiangyin area. The typical dairy farms and the raw milk samples were randomly selected in this area to investigate, analysis of the structure of the herd and detect SCC. The results showed that: in herd structure, the adult cows was in a significant imbalance(P〈0.05), the others were not in a significant imbalance(P〈0.05). The second parity cows had the highest milk yield. The milk yield of the first parity cows, the second parity cows and the third parity cows had extremely significant higher than other parity cows. The second parity cows and the third parity cows had significant difference(P〈0.05).Along with the increasing parities, the somatic cell count(SCC) in the raw milk was increasing, and the SCC of the sixth parity cows had significant higher than the previous parity cows(P〈0.05).
