摘  要:液压阀阀芯总成在装配到阀体前,需将弹簧座、弹簧及螺栓等零件组装到主阀芯端部。安装螺栓时需保证拧紧力矩要求。由于主阀芯是圆柱形状,表面粗糙度及形位公差要求高,按照传统的机械手动夹紧方式,生产效率低,且容易对主阀芯表面粗糙度及形位公差造成损伤,不能满足大批量生产的需求,为了解决这一问题,设计了专用小型阀芯液压夹紧装置。该装置由机械部分、液压系统及电控系统3部分组成,可满足不同长度及直径阀芯的夹紧要求。设备操作中多处运用防呆防错的理念,可避免夹手等安全隐患。通过调节液压回路压力大小,实现夹紧力的调整,可确保螺栓拧紧力矩在要求范围之内。实际使用表明,该装置具有方便、快捷、安全等特点,使用后生产效率和产品合格率大大提高。Before assembling a hydraulic valve spool assembly to its body the spring seat,spring,bolts,etc have to be assembled to end of the main spool,and the torque to tighten the bolts should be ensured.Besides,the main spool is in a cylindrical form that it needs high requirements for its surface roughness and,form and position tolerances,that it would be low in manufacture efficiency with risks of hurting to the roughness and the tolerances,failing to meet demands of massive production.Therefore,this had to design such a clamping device which consists of 3components,i.e.mechanical part,hydraulic system,and electric control system,that can satisfy clamping requirements of valve spools in various length and diameter.Besides,a concept for anti-viscid and fail-safe has been adopted in many positions of the operation to avoid potential troubles,such as hand catching.Thru size readjustment of the hydraulic circuits the clamping force can be tuned to ensure the torque to be within the range as demanded.Actual use shows that the device has got features such as convenient,quick,and safe,with results in far-hi production rate and pass rate,thus having a certain value for promotion and application.
