摘 要:针对混合动力挖掘机动力系统振动剧烈导致的部件失效问题,首先利用有限元软件对动力系统进行模态分析,确定系统固有频率和相应的振型,随后通过非接触式扭转振动测试方法对动力系统的扭转振动进行了测试和分析。结合理论分析、试验测试和发动机激励,可以确定动力系统扭转振动是造成部件失效的主要原因。通过改变系统扭转振动固有频率进行对比分析,确定改进方案。实施改进后彻底解决了动力系统的部件失效故障,相关分析和试验结果的正确性得到验证。In view of severe vibration in a hybrid powered excavator's drive system leading to broken components,a first step therefor was to use a finite element software to do a modal analysis of the drive system to fix the natural frequency and vibratory type,which was followed by tests and analyses of torsional vibration in the drive system by non-contact testing.In this way plus engine energizing and some other tests and analyses it can be defined that torsional vibration in the power/drive system was a main reason that had caused broken components,which was further altered,compared,and analyzed before defining an improvement program which was realized to have solved completely failures and troubles in the power system together with Tightness in relative analysis and test results verified.
