摘 要:智能变电站继电保护系统采用通信网络作为媒介进行信息传输,大大提高了继电保护设备间的信息共享水平,但同时也带来了许多传统变电站继电保护系统所没有的新风险,因此,传统的继电保护系统测试方法存在相当的不适应性。以风险管控为目的,在分析智能变电站继电保护系统新特点的基础上,以RTDS实时仿真系统模拟实际一次系统,以智能变电站真实架构搭建二次系统,设计出智能变电站继电保护系统级测试平台。并根据继电保护系统各环节可能存在的风险点及其在系统中的影响特点,设计出相应的测试方案,最后给出了利用该测试平台上实现了系统级测试、改扩建以及定检测试等测试内容的方法。Smart substation relay protection system uses communication network as a medium for the transmission of information, and greatly improves the level of information sharing between devices, but it also brings many new risks which won' t exist in traditional substation relay protection system. Therefore, the test methods for traditional protection system has considerable inadaptability. For the purpose of risk management and control, after analyzing the new features of smart substation relay protection system, this paper uses RTDS real-time simulation system to simulate real primary system, and uses the real smart substation secondary system as secondary system, resulting in a test platform for relay protection system in smart substation. Also, in accordance with risks that may exist in relay protection system and their impact on the system, this paper designs appropriate test scheme. Finally, this paper conducts a system-level test, renovation and expansion test, and time-based maintenance test et al.
