摘 要:天津海河吉兆桥设计为钢桁架与混凝土桥面板组成的钢-混凝土组合结构形式,混凝土桥面板位于钢桁架大面积镂空部位。通过比选,采用吊模结构,与钢桁架上弦杆组成桥面板的整体承重体系,进行混凝土浇筑。该工艺施工速度快、周转率高,不仅解决了跨海河施工支架搭设难题,也使模板更加贴合混凝土桥面线形。从整体吊模在钢-混凝土桥梁的应用和混凝土桥面板施工工艺等方面展开论述,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。Tianjin Haihe Jizhao Bridge is designed as the steel – concrete combined structure composed of steel truss and concrete deck. The concrete deck is placed at the mass-area hollow-out parts of steel truss.According to the comparison and selection, the form traveler structure and steel truss upper chord are combined into the integrated load bearing system of bridge deck to pour the concrete. The construction speed of this technology is fast and its turning over rate is high, which not only solves the difficulties of erecting the construction brackets crossing the sea and river, but also makes the form traveler more fit the alignment of concrete bridge deck. The article discusses the application of integrated form traveler in the steel – concrete bridges and the construction technology of concrete deck. The relative experience can be referenced for the similar projects.
