摘　　要：摘要：本文介绍了一款新型的反式双组分聚氯酯胶黏剂YH6095／YH6095B。该款胶黏剂为不含游离TDI、熟化时间短且高卫生性能的双组分食品包装专用粘合剂，YH6095是异氰酸改性的聚氯酯树脂，YH6095B则是聚酯多元醇等的混合物，两者都不含游离TDI，都溶于乙酸乙酯。特别适合铝箔以及多种塑料薄膜之间的复合，具有初粘力和剥离强度高、透明性好、且可室温熟化等特点。This article introduces a new trans two-component polyurethane adhesive,called YH6095/ YH6095B. It is a two-component adhesive especially for food packaging, which takes the advantages of short time in curing process without free TDI. YH6095 is isocyanate-modified polyurethane resin, while YH6095B is a mixture of polyester polyol, however, both of them are non-free TDI, as well can be dissolved in ethyl acetate. This type of polyurethane adhesive is particularly suitable for the composite between a variety of plastic film and aluminum foil, which possess the characteristics with high tack and peel strength, good transparency, and room-temperature aging.
