皮瓣移植结合骨牵张技术修复感染性胫骨复合皮肤组织缺损的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨皮瓣移植结合骨牵张技术修复感染性胫骨复合皮肤组织缺损的临床效果观察。方法选择我院48例患者均为2012年1月到2015年10月间收治的感染性胫骨复合皮肤组织缺损患者,患者的致伤原因不一,本组患者采取皮瓣移植术联合骨牵张技术治疗修复方法。结果本组患者移植皮瓣均成活,且感染仅存在于一期。胫骨断端骨折愈合良好,所有患者术后膝关节、踝关节功能正常。结论采用皮瓣移植术联合骨牵张技术治疗修复胫骨粉碎性骨折及皮肤组织缺损,其临床疗效显著,患者术后感染几率大大降低,骨折愈合速度明显加快,值得临床借鉴和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of skin flap transplantation combined with bone distraction technique in the repair of skin defect of infected tibia. Methods 48 patients were selected from October 2015 to January 2012 in the patients with infected tibia composite skin tissue defect, the cause of injury is different, this group of patients to take skin flap transplantation combined with bone distraction technology repair method. Results all the patients were alive, and the infection was only in one stage. Fracture healing of tibia fracture was good, and the function of knee joint and ankle joint was normal. Conclusion the clinical efficacy of skin flap transplantation combined with bone distraction technique in the treatment of tibial comminuted fracture and skin tissue defect is significant, and the postoperative infection rate is greatly reduced.
