摘  要:利用脉冲等离子爆炸工艺对H13钢进行表面改性处理,通过OM、SEM和EDS分析了材料改性后的显微组织、断口形貌和元素分布,采用努氏硬度计测试了截面的显微硬度分布,并对其改性机制和工艺参数影响进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,脉冲等离子爆炸工艺可在H13钢表面形成厚度均匀,组织致密,高硬度的改性层;改性层由柱状晶区和细晶区组成,表层产生了离子注入现象,硬度呈现先上升后下降的趋势。脉冲等离子爆炸工艺能量越高,改性层越厚,晶粒尺寸越细,硬度越高。Surface of H13 steel was treated by pulse-plasma detonation technique( PPDT).The microstructure,fracture and element distribution were analyzed by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy-dispersive spectrum,the microhardness was measured by Knoop hardness tester,and the modification and technique parameters were analyzed and discussed.The results show that modified layer with uniform thickness,compact structure and high hardness can be obtained by PPDT.The modified layer is divided into two areas:column structure zone and fine grain zone,the element of electrode is implanted into the surface,and the hardness firstly increases and then decreases with the depth of the modified layer.With increasing of treatment energy,the thickness of modified layer increases,the grains size becomes finer,and the hardness of layer is higher.
