摘 要:利用Formastor-FⅡ型热膨胀仪研究了600 MPa级车轮钢连续冷却过程中的相变行为,绘制了其连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并且利用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机对其轧制工艺模拟试验,观察不同变形温度、变形量、冷却速度和卷取温度对试验钢显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,试验钢的相变主要发生在480-750℃温度范围,并且理论上当冷速大于1.9℃/s时可获得目标组织针状铁素体和贝氏体。最终确定600 MPa级试验车轮钢的最佳轧制工艺参数为变形温度(860±15)℃、变形量40%、冷却速度30℃/s、卷取温度(450±15)℃。Continuous cooling transformation behavior of 600 MPa grade wheel steel was simulated on Formastor-FII thermal dilatometer,and its continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves were measured. The tested wheel steels were hot-rolled by Gleeble-1500 hot-simulated testing machine and the effects of deformation temperature, deformation, cooling rate and coiling temperature on microstructure andhardness of the tested wheel steel were investigated respectively. The resuhs show that the transformation temperature range of the tested steelis from 480 ℃to 750℃ , Theoretically, the ideal microstruetnre of acicular ferrite and bainite can be obtained when the cooling rate is fasterthan 1.9 ℃/s. The optimal rolling process parameters for the 600 MPa grade wheel steel are finally obtained, i. e. , rolling at 860 ℃,deformation rate 40% , cooling rate 30 ℃/s and coiling at 450 ℃ respectively.
