摘 要:为了获得大深径比的微细阵列孔,以铝作为基体金属并采用铸造法制备了微细阵列孔.根据预期阵列孔的结构,编排并固定预制体的孔芯.将预制体放置在自制金属型中进行浇注,使熔融金属铝液围绕于预制体的孔芯,待铝液凝固后抽出孔芯得到微细阵列孔.利用激光共聚焦显微镜测量微细阵列孔的孔壁粗糙度,并计算微细阵列孔的形状因子.结果表明,由铸造法制备的微细阵列孔的分布十分规律密集,孔径大小基本一致.微细阵列孔的形状非常趋近于圆形,孔壁十分光滑,且深径比很大.In order to obtain the array micro holes with large aspect ratio, the aluminum was chosen as the matrix material, and the array micro holes were fabricated with the casting method. The hole cores of the preform were arrayed and fixed according to the structure of preconceived holes, the preform was put into the self-made metal mold to ensure the melted aluminum liquid to be around the hole cores of the preform, the hole cores were pulled out after the solidification of aluminum liquid, and thus the array micro holes were obtained. The confocal laser scanning microscope was used to measure the hole wall roughness of array micro holes, and the shape factors of array micro holes were calculated. The results show that the distribution of array micro holes fabricated by the casting method is regular and dense, and the diameter of array micro holes is basically the same. Moreover, the shape of array micro holes is very close to the global shape, the hole wall of array micro holes is very smooth, and the aspect ratio of array micro holes is very large.
