摘  要:为了实现储粮温度分布声学CT法监测,对三维温度场的声学CT重建进行了仿真研究.将30个声波收发器以两种不同的布局设置在被测区域周围,被测区域的剖分考虑了1 000和1 500个像素两种方式,对约2 000个单热点模型温度场进行了仿真数据重建,并利用重建温度场的均方根误差、热点温度误差和热点位置误差评价了温度场重建质量.结果表明,收发器布局和被测区域剖分方式都会对温度场的重建质量产生较大影响,该仿真研究为声学CT系统的优化提供了依据.In order to realize the acoustic computer tomography (CT) monitoring of temperature distribution in stored grains, the reconstruction of three-dimensional temperature fields with acoustic CT was simulated and researched. Thirty sound transceivers were arranged around the measurement region in two different layouts. The measurement region is subdivided in two different ways of 1 000 and 1 500 voxels. About two thousand single-hot model temperature fields were reconstructed with the simulation data. The root-mean-square error, hot spot temperature error and hot spot position error of reconstructed temperature fields were used to evaluate the quality of the fields. The results show that both transceiver layout and the subdivision ways of measured region have great effect on the reconstruction quality of temperature fields, and the simulation research can provide the basis for the optimization of acoustic CT system.
