痔上黏膜套扎法和痔核套扎法治疗混合痔的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：为对比痔上黏膜套扎法和痔核套扎法治疗混合痔的疗效，将符合纳入标准的92例混合痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各46例，试验组采用痔上黏膜套扎法治疗，对照组采用痔核套扎法治疗，对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、总体疗效、术后并发症和肛门功能。结果显示，两组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、治愈率、术后肛门功能（肛管静息压和肛管最大收缩压）方面比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但试验组患者在术后肛门坠胀感、疼痛方面均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，两种套扎法治疗混合痔均具有确切的疗效，痔上黏膜套扎法在减轻患者术后肛门坠胀感、疼痛方面具有更大优势。This study was to compare the effects of ligation for mucosa suprahemorrhoids,and ligation for hemorrhoid mass,randomly divided the 92 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who meeted inclusion criteria into trial group and control one, n =46 for each;performed ligation for mucosa suprahemorrhoids on the former,while ligation for hemorrhoid mass on the latter; compared the time for operation, intra-operative bleeding volume, hospital stay, overall effect, operative complication and anal function between both groups.As results, in the time for operation, intra-operative bleeding volume, hospital stay, curative rate, and postoperative function of anus（anal rest pressure and max. systolic pressure） there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P〉0.05） at all;but in postoperative pain and tenesmus of anus trial group was significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that both procedures all have determined effect, merely, ligation for mucosa suprahemorrhoids has more advantages in relieving postoper- ative complications such as tenesmus,pain of anus.
