聚桂醇注射术与内痔结扎术治疗轻中度内痔的疗效比较

摘　　要：为比较聚桂醇注射术与内痔结扎术治疗轻、中度内痔的临床疗效及其并发症，将62例轻、中度内痔患者分为两组，一组予以聚桂醇注射术治疗（观察组，32例），一组予以内痔结扎术治疗（对照组，30例）。对比两组患者l临床疗效和术后尿潴留、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀情况，以及手术时间和住院时间。结果显示，观察组治愈率93．75％（30／32），总有效率为100％（32／32）；对照组治愈率为96．67％（29／30），总有效率为100％（30／30）。两组治愈率和总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。两组在术后尿潴留、肛缘水肿方面比较，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但在肛门坠胀、疼痛情况及手术时间、住院时间方面，观察组均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，聚桂醇注射术与内痔结扎术治疗轻、中度内痔临床疗效相当，但聚桂醇注射术操作简单，手术时间短，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。To compare the clinical effects and complication incidence of mild and middle internal hemor-rhoids treated with laUromacrogol injection, and treated with ligation for internal hemorrhoids, the 62 cases with mild,middle internal hemorrhoids were divided into observation group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）;the former received the injection method,the latter received ligation method;then,the both＇s effect and postoperative status included uroschesis,pain of anus, edema of anal edge, and anal tenesmus, etc,as well as operating time and hospitalization duration were observed and compared.As results,in cura- tive rate and total effective rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（93.75%,30/32 vs 96.67%,29/30, P〉0.05;100%,32/32 vs 100%,30/30, P〉0.05）,also,in postoperative uroschesis,anal edge edema,too（ P〉0.05） ;but,in tenesmus and pain of anus,as well in the time of operation and hospi- talization time observation group was superior to control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that both thera- pies for internal hemorrhoids have similar effect, but the injection therapy has such merits as simple manip- ulation,short operating time and less complication,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
