腔内悬吊挂线引流法治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨基于虚挂线理论腔内悬吊挂线引流法治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿的疗效，将42例坐骨直肠窝脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各21例，治疗组采用齿状线下脓腔切开、齿状线上脓腔内悬吊挂线引流法治疗，对照组采用传统的齿状线下脓腔切开、齿状线上勒割挂线法治疗。对比两组患者治愈率、创面愈合时间及术后疼痛程度、肛门功能情况。结果显示，两组治愈率均为100％，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。但治疗组创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、肛门Wexner评分均明显少于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，基于虚挂线理论的腔内悬吊挂线引流法治疗坐骨直肠窝脓肿疗效确切，创面愈合快，术后疼痛轻，对肛门功能影响小，更符合微创理念，值得临床推广应用。thread-dra group and neath deta ty incision To explore the effect of the relaxation thread-dr wing drainage for ischiorectal abscess,the 42 of th control one, n =21 for each;the former received 1 line, and beneath d awing therory leaded intracavitary s is dissease were randomly divided to the procedure（included pus ca super-dentate line intracavitary suspension thread-drainage）, while the uspenslon treatment vity incision be latter, pus cavi entate line, but super-dentate line strap-cut thread-drawing; the curative rate, time for wound-surface healing and the status on pain degree, anal function, etc were compared between both groups.As results,the curative rate of both groups （100% all） had no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05）,but the time for wound-surface healing, the score rating of pain, and anal Wexner score rating in the former were significantly less than that in the latter（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Results show that the intracavitary suspension thread-drawing drainage leaned on the theory about false thread-drawing in the treatment of ischiorectal abscess has certain effect,faster healing of wound-surface,milder postoperative pain and less injuries of anal function,so more accords the conception of mini-invasion,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
