小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗肛裂60例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗肛裂的临床疗效，对我院采用小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗的60例肛裂患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，治愈57例，好转2例，无效1例，治愈率为95．0％（57／60）。无需要外科处理并发症。其创面愈合时问为3～7d，平均（4．0±1．1）d。随访1年，复发3例（5．0％）。结果表明，小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗肛裂安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少。To explore the effect of small needle-knife closured relaxation for internal sphincter in the treatment of anal fissure,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 60 cases with anal fissure subjected to a-bove procedure.As results, 57 cases were cured,2 got improved, 1 was of non-response,so the curative rate was up to 95.0% （57/60）; no the complication needing surgical management occured;the time of wound- surface healing was 3-7 d（averaged 4.0±1.1 d） ;the follow-up of one year found 3 cases recurrented（ac- counted 5.0%）.Results show that above procedure for anal fissure is safe,effective,and of minor wound, faster recovery,as well less complication.
