混合痔术后穴位注射止痛的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨混合痔术后长强穴、会阳穴注射维生素B12止痛的效果，采用随机数字表法将60例混合痔术后患者分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组患者于长强穴、会阳穴注射维生素B12 200μg，手术当天及术后第1天和第2天每天注射1次；对照组患者手术结束前于创面基底部注射复方亚甲蓝注射液（亚甲蓝与1％利多卡因，1：4）5～10ml。对比两组患者术后疼痛情况。结果显示，两组术后疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后患者长强穴、会阳穴注射维生素B12与创面局部注射复方亚甲蓝注射液的镇痛效果相当。Abstract This study was to investigate the postoperative stopping pain effect of Changqiang（GV-1） and Huiyang （BL35） acupuncture point injecting vitamin B12 （Vit B12） in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. The 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. Observation group received Changqiang and Huiyang acupuncture point injection of Vit B12 in 200 μg, on the day of surgery and postoperative d1, d2, injection once a day. Control group：the compound methylene blue （methylene blue and 1% lidocaine,1：4） mixture 5-10 ml, before the end of surgery at wound base injection.The postoperative stopping pain effect of two groups was compared.As results,in degree of postoperative pain VAS score there was no significant difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）.In conclusion,acupuncture point injection of Vit B12 and anal injection of methylene blue and lidocaine for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain have same efficacy.
