银黄止痛膏用于肛门病术后镇痛的效果研究

摘　　要：为探讨银黄止痛膏用于肛门病术后镇痛的有效性及安全性，将357例肛门病术后患者随机分为治疗组（179例）和对照组（178例），治疗组换药时应用银黄止痛膏外敷，对照组换药时应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外敷。对比观察两组镇痛效果、安全性和不良反应。结果显示，在镇痛起效时间、镇痛持续时间、换药后5min和30min VAS评分、换药后30min VAS评分减少率方面，治疗组均优于对照组，P〈0．05。两组患者用药后血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均无异常变化，用药过程中均无皮肤过敏、湿疹等不良反应。结果表明，肛门病术后应用银黄止痛膏镇痛效果满意，优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏，而且安全性高，制作简单、成本低廉、应用方便，值得临床推广应用。To explore the effectiveness and safety of Yinhuang Zhitong Gao（a Chinese medicine ointment for stopping pain） the 357 patients subjected to surgery were randomly divided into treatment group（179 cases） and control one （178 cases）; when dressing exchange the former received this ointment,while the latter,Mayinglong Zhichuang Gao（a Chinese medicine ointment for hemorrhoids） ; the analgesia efficacy, safety and adverse reaction of both groups were observed and compared. As results, in the onset time and lasting time of analgesia decremenerate,in decrement rate VAS score rating 5 rain and 30 rain after dressing exchange the former was all superior to the latter（ P〈0.05）;after external use of above ointments there was no abnormal changes in blood routine exam. and urine routine exam., as well kidney and liver function,also no adverse reactions as skin anaphylaxis and eczema,etc.Results show that the ointment has satisfactory analgesia efficacy,is superior to Mayinglong Zhichuang Gao, and its safety is high, of simple de- velopment,less cost and easy application,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically
