摘  要:为了创建江苏省发电信息平台,实现由"点末端监控"向"全过程监控"的转变,通过对监测数据需求进行梳理,对江苏省内数据源情况进行调查,以"全方位"监控理念为导向,采用插件技术整合现场设备、CEMS系统、DCS系统、SIS系统、MIS系统等多种数据源,研究开发了一体化智能数据采集系统,实现了江苏省内燃煤机组脱硫、脱硝、除尘等环保设施运行参数以及机炉主要关键参数的秒级在线采集、传输和存储。目前该系统已在江苏全省270余家电厂应用,为开展燃煤发电企业污染物排放监控、挖掘节能减排潜力、指导发电企业安全稳定优化运行提供了坚实的数据基础。In order to create the power plant information platform of Jiangsu Province, changing from endpoint monitoring to entire process monitoring, by sorting out the monitoring data requirements and investigating the situation of Jiangsu Province data sources, oriented by the idea of all-direction monitoring, using plug-in technology to integrate various data sources in the field devices, CEMS system, DCS system, SIS system, MIS system, a integrated intelligent data acquisition system was researched and developed, to achieve the second level online collection, transmission and storage of the coal-fired units desulfurization, denitrification, dust and other environmental protection facilities operating parameters and key parameters of turbine and boiler in Jiangsu province. Now the system has been applicated in more than 270 power plants in Jiangsu province, it provides a solid data foundation for the development of coal-fired power plants pollutant emission monitoring, excavating potential for energy saving, instructing the safe, stable and optimized operation of power enterprises.
