摘 要:从光源的选择、光源颜色和光源布局3个方面阐述了LiFi的光源要求。首先,通过分析LED载流子浓度对调制带宽的影响和激光二极管(LD)的调制带宽来比较PC-LED(荧光粉转换LED)、RGB-LED(红绿蓝LED)和LD作为LiFi光源的优缺点。其次,从光谱功率分布(SPD)模型和色漂键控(CSK)调节的角度阐述了LiFi光源的颜色质量。最后,对要同时满足照明和通信需求的LiFi光源室内布局进行了说明。随着对LiFi光源器件的持续深入研发,必定会给人类带来照明优质和通信良好的LiFi产品。In this paper, the light source requirements of LiFi are illustrated through 3 aspects: light source choosing, color quality of light source, and light source arrangement. Firstly, the advantage and disadvantage of PC-LED (phosphor converted LED), RGB-LED (red, green, and blue LED), and laser diode (LD) as light sources of LiFi are compared by analyzing the influence of carrier concentration of LED on the modulation band and modulation band of LD. Secondly, the color quality of LiFi light source is described from the SPD (spectral power distribution) model and CSK (color shift key) modulation. Finally, the indoor light source arrangement of LiFi are stated both meeting the needs for lighting requirement and communications. As the consistent deep research and development is keeping on the light source device of LiFi, the LiFi product which possesses both the performances of high quality lighting and good communication will be produced and brought out to the human beings.
