摘　　要：在灯泡生产过程中,使用钽片进行点焊容易造成氧化、破裂的问题。经过多年研究试验发现,使用镀铂钼带替代钽片可以获得很好的点焊效果,生产的灯泡性能稳定可靠,且与采用钽片相比可大幅降低生产成本。In the process of light bulb production, the tantalum strips are commonly used in the spot welding, but there are oxidation and crack problems in the strips. A lot of studies and tests show that using the molybdenum strip plated with platinum to replace the tantalum strip can solve the problems, as well as ensuring the lamp operating performance. This material could help lower cost dramatically than the tantalum strip.
