摘  要:提出1种新型可直接插220 V交流电的立体发光LED灯片,介绍此光源的电路结构,通过与同等结构的普通单面光源的光学性能进行对比,证明正反面都涂荧光粉的立体灯片不仅光通量大于单面光源,散热性能也优于单面发光的灯片。测试了立体灯片在220 V、230 V、240 V点亮时的光电参数,发现其光衰保持在10%以下,光学特性也相对稳定。同时发现,立体灯片反面的光亮度为正面的30%左右,而单面光源反面只有20%左右;立体灯片的正反面色温相近,而单面光源的反面色温接近于白光色温,且正反面色温差别巨大,验证了此种立体发光灯片生产应用上的可行性。This paper puts forward a new type of three-dimensional light-emitting LED that can be directly powered by 220 V alternating current. The article introduces the circuit structure of this light sheet, by comparing the optical properties of the three-dimensional LED and the single face light sheet with the same structure as three-dimensional LED, proves that the three-dimensional LED coated in both front and back face with phosphor is greater than the ordinary single face light sheet in terms of lumen output and cooling performance. We tested the photoelectric parameters when the new light sheet operating at 220 V, 230 V, 240 V, found that the lumen depreciation remained below 10%, and the optical properties were relatively stable. The tests show that the back face brightness of the three- dimensional light sheet is 30% of the front face brightness, while the back face brightness of the single face light source is only around 20% of the front face, and that the three-dimensional light sheet has similar color temperature in front and back face, while the back face color temperature of the single lace light sheet is close to the white light's color temperature and is greatly different from the front lace, verifying the feasibility of this kind of three dimensional light emitting LED for production.
