摘 要:针对带受力盘塑料套管混凝土桩(简称带受力盘TC桩)群桩基础在路堤荷载下的受力及变形,选取上海市奉贤区奉浦大道道路建设工程桥头带受力盘TC桩处理段进行现场试验,通过在路基埋设土压力盒、钢筋应力计、表面沉降板、分层沉降管研究在路堤荷载下带受力盘TC桩受力及变形机理。结果表明:带受力盘TC桩桩身存在负摩阻力;经带受力盘TC桩加固处理后,路基总沉降量小,工后沉降得到有效控制,能满足设计及施工要求;作用在盖板上的应力基本由桩体承担,通过侧摩阻力和端阻力传递给深层地基土体。Aiming at the stress and deformation of group pile foundation of TC pile with stress plate under embankment load, the article introduces the field test of the treated section of TC pile with stress plate at the bridgehead of Fengpu Avenue Road Construction Project in Fengxian District of Shanghai. The soil pressure box, steel stress meter, surface settlement plate and layered settlement tube are buried in roadbed to study the stress and deformation mechanism of TC pile with stress plate. The result shows that the body of TC pile with stress plate has the negative friction. After the reinforcement and treatment of TC pile with stress plate, the total settlement of roadbed is small, the after- construction settlement is effectively controlled, and the design and construction requirements can be satisfied. The stress on the cover plate is basically borne by the pile body, and is transmitted to the deep subgrade soil body by side friction and tip resistance.
