摘　　要：目的：观察微创经皮钢板固定（MIPPO）技术闭合复位结合锁定钢板治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：采用MIPPO技术闭合复位结合锁定钢板治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折24例,男17例女7例,年龄23~65岁,平均42.4岁,胫骨中上段骨折15例,胫骨中下段9例。结果：24例患者均获得随访,时间6~14m,平均9.6m,术后采用Johner-Wruhs关节功能评定标准,24例患者优21例,良2例,中1例。结论：运用MIPPO技术闭合复位结合锁定钢板治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折能有效的降低软组织创伤,减少血运破坏,骨折愈合时间短等优点,是治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的一种有效办法。Objective： To investigate the use of closed reduction MIPPO technology combined with locking plate in the treatment of tibial comminuted fracture of the clinical effect. Methods：The use of closed reduction MIPPO technology combined locking plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the tibia in 24 cases, including 17 males and 7 females, aged 23~65 years, mean 42.4 years, the upper tibia 15 cases of fracture of tibia in nine cases the next segment.Results： 24 patients were followed up for 6~14m, average 9.6m, after using JohnerWruhs joint function evaluation standard, the results were excellent in 21 cases, good in 2 cases, 1 case. Conclusion： Closed reduction MIPPO technology combined with the locking plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the tibia with a soft tissue trauma, less blood supply destruction, reliable fixation, fracture healing time is short, etc., it is an effective way to treat comminuted fracture of the tibia.
