糖尿病老年患者合并坏疽性阑尾炎的围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨糖尿病（DM）老年患者合并坏疽性阑尾炎的围手术期护理方法。方法：2014年2~12月收治41例老年DM合并坏疽性阑尾炎患者设为观察组,实施围手术期护理。另选2014年2月前,仅给予常规护理的41例老年DM合并坏疽性阑尾炎患者设为对照组。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,术后住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对老年DM合并坏疽性阑尾炎患者实施围手术期护理,可有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,促进患者早日康复。Objective： To investigate the effects of diabetes mellitus（DM） during peri operation period nursing methods for elderly patients with gangrenous appendicitis. Methods： February 2014~ December 2014, 41 cases of elderly diabetic patients with gangrenous appendicitis design as the observation group, the implementation of peri operative nursing. In February 2014, only received routine nursing care of 41 patients aged DM with gangrenous appendicitis as control group. Results： The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）, and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The elderly diabetic patients with gangrene appendicitis patients implementation of perioperative nursing, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the patient hospitalization time, and promote an early recovery of patients.
