摘　　要：目的探讨胆盐输出泵(BSEP)在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法测定30例ICP患者及30例正常妊娠者胎盘组织中BSEP的表达,采用Western blot检测胎盘组织中BSEP蛋白的表达。结果正常妊娠者和ICP患者胎盘组织中BSEP阳性表达率分别为76.7%(23/30)和36.7%(11/30),ICP患者胎盘组织中BSEP阳性表达率显著低于正常妊娠者胎盘组织(P<0.05)。BSEP蛋白在正常妊娠者和ICP患者胎盘组织中的表达分别为0.754±0.274和0.193±0.122,BSEP蛋白在ICP患者胎盘组织中的表达显著少于正常妊娠者胎盘组织(P<0.001)。结论 BSEP在ICP患者胎盘组织中表达显著减少,可能是导致ICP的发病机制之一。Objective To study the significance of the expression of bile salt export pump（ BSEP） in placenta tissue of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ ICP）. Methods The expression of BSEP in placenta tissue of 30 patients with ICP and 30 normal gravidas was assayed with immunohistochemical staining. The expression of BSEP protein in placenta tissue was detected by Western blot. Results The positive expression rate of BSEP in placenta tissue of normal gravidas and ICP patients was 76. 7%（ 23 /30） and 36. 7%（ 11 /30） respectively,the positive expression rate of BSEP in placenta tissue of ICP patients was significantly lower than that of normal gravidas（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of BSEP protein in placenta tissue of normal gravidas and ICP patients was 0. 754 ± 0. 274 and 0. 193 ± 0. 122 respectively,the expression of BSEP protein in placenta tissue of ICP patients was significantly lower than that of normal gravidas（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The expression of BSEP in placenta tissue of ICP patients was significantly decreased,which may be one of the mechanisms of ICP.
