重复低频经颅磁刺激联合药物治疗老年抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：探讨rTMS联合抗抑郁药治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:实验组给予rTMS联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组只给予帕罗西汀,采用HAMD分别于治疗前、治疗第1、2、4周进行疗效评定,用TESS评定不良反应。结果:实验组在治疗第2、4周、对照组在治疗第4周HAMD评分均有显著性(P〈0.01或P〈0.01);两组间比较,第2、4周HAMD评分有显著差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),实验组起效快,安全性好。结论:rTMS联合抗抑郁药治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,具有良好的安全性。Objective:To study the rTMS joint antidepressant efficacy and safety for the treatment of senile depression. Methods: the experimental group give rTMS with paroxetine therapy, control group given paroxetine, using HAMD respectively before treatment, treatment evaluation of 1,2, 4weeks, with TESS reactions. Results: the experimental 2,4weeks, the treatment of 4 weeks HAMD scores were significant ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Comparison between 2,4 weeks HAMD scores have significant difference (P 〈 0. 05or P 〈 0. 01 ), the experimental group work fast. Conclusion:Joint rTMS antidepressant curative effect is distinct,depression has good security.
