泪前隐窝进路鼻内窥镜手术的护理

摘　　要：探讨泪前隐窝鼻窦内窥镜手术的临床护理。方法:对本组21例上颌窦良性病变患者均给予泪前隐窝进路功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗及护理。结果:本组患者经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术后恢复良好,没有出现焦虑、恐惧等护理并发症。结论:随着鼻内窥镜下泪前隐窝技术治疗上颌窦病变的日益成熟和广泛开展,护理是配合治疗的重要措施。Objective :To explore nursing care for endoscopic surgery through lacrimal bone recess. Method Nursing care were given to twenty - two patients whose maxillary sinus lesions were completely removed under endoscope sinus surgery through lacrimal bone recess. Result: All the patients recovered well afterthe surgey ,without arty anxiety ,fear or other nursing complications. Conclusion: With further development of the endoscope sinus sur- gery through lacrimal bone recess, nursing care takes a more important role for partner treatment.
