摘 要:以苯酚与丁酮醇为原料,采用不同阳离子交换树脂催化剂合成覆盆子酮,并通过React ICIR在线红外仪对反应过程进行监测。结果表明,在相同试验条件下218树脂具有较高催化活性。通过FT-IR、GC-MS和1H NMR的分析,确定了目标产物的结构。试验结果表明,当苯酚、丁酮醇、甲苯物质的量比为5∶1∶1,反应温度120℃,反应时间6 h,产品得率为70%,催化剂可重复使用7次。采用FT-IR、SEM对催化剂结构进行表征。相较无机酸,离子交换树脂既提高了产品得率,又在较大程度上减少了"三废"的产生,是一条绿色合成工艺路线。Raspberry ketone [4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone] was synthesized by phenol and 4-hydroxy-2-butanone (HB) in the presence of different cation exchange resins. The reaction process was detecting on line by using the React ICIR analytical system. The results showed that 218 resin presented the best catalytic performance among the catalysts. The product structure was then confirmed by FT-IR, GC-MS and t H NMR. Furthermore, it showed that, when n (phenol)/n (HB)/n (toluene) = 5/1/1, temperature 120 ℃ and reaction time 6 h, the yield of raspberry ketone could reach to 70%. The catalyst can be used 7 times. Its structure was then characterized by FT-IR and SEM. Using of resin catalyst resulted in higher yield and less environmental impact than inorganic acid, it is a green synthesis route.
