摘 要:为探讨拉萨曲水地区大面积引种栽培大马士革玫瑰(Rosa damascena Mill.)的可行性,对试种2年的大马士革玫瑰进行了鲜花产量、精油得率和精油成分的研究。结果显示,拉萨曲水地区种植2年的大马士革玫瑰的鲜花每667 m2产量为122.60 kg,精油含油率为(0.41±0.07)g/kg,大马士革玫瑰的主要香气成分均被检出,其中香茅醇相对含量为25.85%、香叶醇29.03%、橙花醇15.51%。以上结果将为进一步研究在拉萨曲水地区大面积栽培大马士革玫瑰的可行性提供一定的理论依据。In order to investigate the feasibility of large-scale cultivation of Rosa damascena Mill. in qushui area of Lhasa, the productivity of flower, yield of oil and chemical constitutes for the plant grown in this place within 2 years were studied. The results showed that the yield of flower and oil were 122. 60 kg per 667 m^2 and (0. 41 ± 0. 07) g/kg, respectively. The main aromatic components in this plant were all detected, their relative content were as follows: citronellol 25. 85%, geraniol 29. 03% and nerol 15.51%. It provided theoretical data for further study on introduction and large-scale cultivation of Rosa damascena Mill. in Qushui area.
