坤泰胶囊研究文献的计量学分析

摘　　要：目的了解坤泰胶囊研究文献的相关特征,为以后的临床应用和基础研究提供思路。方法以坤泰胶囊和更年宁心胶囊为关键词,检索中国知网、万方医学网、维普三大中文数据库,对检索文献进行年度分布趋势、关键词、作者、发表期刊等方面的计量学分析。结果共筛选出坤泰胶囊研究论文236篇,分布在99种期刊中,第一作者共计208名,文献呈现逐年递增的趋势;临床治疗更年期文献最多,占46.19%。结论坤泰胶囊研究还没有形成核心作者群,其主要应用于更年期方面,要提高基础理论等非临床试验研究的比重。Objective To investigate the relevant characteristics of the research literature of Kuntai capsule and to provide ideas for future clinical application and basic research. Methods The author retrieved the CNKI, WANFANG MED ONLINE and VIP databases using Kuntai capsule and Gengnian Ningxin capsule for keywords, and analyzed the annual distribution trend, keywords, author and published journals using the metrology method. Results A total of 236 articles were selected for the study. The articles were distributed in 99 journals. The first author reached 208. The literature presented a trend of increasing year by year. The menopause literature was the most,accounting for 46.19%. Conclusion It is not formed the core author group of the Kuntai capsule research. It is mainly used in menopause.The proportion of non clinical trials, such as basic theory should be improved in the future.
