熏洗配合养血止痛丸治疗跗骨窦综合征30例  

Fumigation and Wash Therapy combined with Yangxue Zhitong Pill in Treating Tarsal Sinus Syndrome for 30 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗配合口服养血止痛丸治疗跗骨窦综合征的临床疗效。方法对60例跗骨窦综合征患者随机分为两组:治疗组(中药熏洗配合养血止痛丸)、对照组(局部封闭治疗),1周为1疗程,3个疗程后对两组的临床疗效进行评价,并于治疗后3个月进行随访。结果治疗组的优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后3个月的复发率明显低于对照组。结论中药熏洗配合口服养血止痛丸治疗跗骨窦综合征,可以明显减轻症状,临床疗效显著且复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of herbal fumigation and wash therapy combined with oral Yangxue Zhitong pill in treating tarsal sinus syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients with tarsal sinus syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group which received herbal fumigation and wash therapy combined with oral Yangxue Zhitong pill） and control group which received treatment of partial closure. 1 week was a course of treatment. After three courses, the clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated, and patients were followed-up after treatment of three months. Results The excellent rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After three months＇ treatment, the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The herbal fumigation and wash therapy combined with oral Yangxue Zhitong pill in treating tarsal sinus syndrome can significantly reduce the symptoms, the clinical effect is significant, and has low relapse rate.
